The initial phase of development for Pico de Loro Cove includes 11 low-impact Residential Condominiums of around 6-storeys each. Designed with the utmost sensitivity to the site’s natural environment, these condominium buildings will be nestled on the Cove’s hills and fronting a lagoon with several unit types that will address the different lifestyle preferences and family sizes of the target market. The eco-adventure trails vary in difficulty and rewards. Some involve light treks to the viewing deck, others feature overnight camping, while some include a myriad of activities like kayaking, snorkelling and biking. All the treks showcase breathtaking views of Hamilo Coast and the surrounding areas.
